A new and distinct cultivar ofNemesiaplant named ‘Fleurbac’ that is characterized by upright compact habit, medium-green leaves, large fragrant bicolor flowers, and two individual colors of bi-color flowers per individual plant. In combination these characteristics set ‘Fleurbac’ apart from all other existing varieties ofNemesiaknown to the inventor.
