ABSTRACT:
An improvement to the Nelson Flywheel Power Plant comprising a piston (100and101) in each outer chamber (40and41) situated at the interface of the compressible fluid and incompressible fluid (120) and slidably adjoining the center shaft (14) and rotatable housing (10). A method of using the improvement comprising the steps of introducing a compressed fluid along a path (110) that acts on one of the pistons (100) to move the incompressible fluid along a path (120); then moving the spool (15) to permit return of the incompressible fluid; and then introducing a compressed fluid to act on the other piston (101) to return the incompressible fluid.
