Disclosed are a natural invigorating tea and a method for preparing the same. The natural invigorating tea may be in the form of powder, liquid, or granules and is made of parasitic herb, and alder and/orschizandrae fructus,optionally supplemented withtorilis fructusand/orpolygalae japonica herba.Taking of the tea at least twice a day, morning and evening, invigorates human body.
