ABSTRACT:
Imidazole derivatives of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 R.sub.4, R.sub.5, X and n are as hereinafter set forth,
and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof, are described. The compounds of formula I are useful in the treatment of gastric ulcers.
