Novel compounds having the formula ##STR1## in which R is lower alkyl or alkoxy; R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are lower alkyl; and R.sub.3 is lower alkyl, p-chlorophenyl or ##STR2## The compounds have utility as insecticides and miticides.
