ABSTRACT:
Amino-cycloalkenyl-amide compounds, e.g., (1.alpha.,6.beta.)-(.+-.)-3,4-dichloro-N-methyl-N-(6-(1-pyrrolidinyl)-3-cy clohexen-1-yl)benzeneacetamide, and tritiated derivatives thereof, are useful as analgesics and as radio labeled compounds for pharmacological and metabolism studies in animals.
