The present invention provides a multiplex RT-PCR/PCR method, which enables in a single assay the simultaneous detection of any combination of bovine rotavirus, bovine coronavirus,Cryptosporidium parvum, and optionally,Escherichia colistrains producing K99 pili or heat-stable enterotoxin STa.
