ABSTRACT:
A toilet seat assembly arranged to be readily and simply decoupled from a toilet bowl for cleaning includes an improved pivotable mounting assembly whereby forces will not be applied to any significant degree to the pivot pins. Further, the mounting arrangement reduces, if not eliminates, wobble of the seat relative to the bowl. A child's seat nests within the above assembly.
