ABSTRACT:
A mailer is comprised of multiple plies of carbonless paper secured one to the other along opposite edges by hot or cold adhesive. Pressure seal adhesive is applied along longitudinally and transversely extending tear strips of the intermediate assembly such that upon folding the plies about a medial scoreline, the pressure seal adhesives register with corresponding pressure seal adhesives on the opposite parts. SpeediSealer.RTM. equipment is used to apply pressure to the margins of the folded intermediate to adhere the parts to one another to form the mailer.
