ABSTRACT:
Disclosed herein is a multilayered sliding member comprising a lubricating composition comprising polytetrafluoroethylene and, as filler, 1-25 wt % of fibrous magnesium oxysulfate, fan-shaped magnesium oxysulfate or a mixture thereof, and a porous sintered metal layer formed on a steel backing,
the lubrication composition being impregnated in and coated on a porous sintered metal layer formed on the steel backing.
