ABSTRACT:
A radio installation kit for automobiles comprising a frame with rearward facing walls, mounting plates which snap onto the frame and mounting brackets formed on the plates at predetermined positions. Mounting plates with brackets at predetermined positions may be assembled with the frame providing a great variety of bracket positions that allow maximum vehicle application coverage. All of the components are constructed with out the need for expensive slide tooling.
