ABSTRACT:
A multi-layered solid electrolytic capacitor is furnished with a plurality of capacitor elements6, each having an aluminum foil1having an anode portion7and a cathode portion8having a dielectric oxide film2and a cathode layer3successively formed on a surface of the aluminum foil1. The capacitor elements6are stacked on each other. Adjacent anode portions7of the capacitor elements6are welded to one another and adjacent cathode portions8are electrically connected one another by a conductive paste layer18. An insulative resin layer16is disposed on a boundary between the cathode portion8and the anode portion7of at least one of the capacitor elements6and on an adjacent region thereto.
