ABSTRACT:
A multi-layer non-reflecting film uniform in refractive index and having favorable optical characteristics which comprises at least one layer made of a mixture of Ta.sub.2 O.sub.5 and ZrO.sub.2 containing 5 to 25% of Ta.sub.2 O.sub.5.
