ABSTRACT:
An exerciser includes an elongated main frame having spine-exercising device and a leg-exercising device at its front end. A first pulley assembly is mounted between the leg-exercising device and the rear support rod of the exerciser and has a pair of first elastic cords which pass around the first pulley assembly and which are connected to the leg-exercising device in order to exert a resistant force to the leg-exercising device. A second pulley assembly is mounted on either side of main frame and has a pair of second elastic cords passing around the second pulley assembly. The second elastic cords can be pulled away from the main frame to a horizontal position so that the user can expand his/her chest.
