The mounting structure of the circuit board connector1which is conductively connected with a circuit board3installed in a case2and fixedly mounted to the case2comprises a connector housing4for joining the circuit board connector1with a mating connector, and a terminal7including first contactors5to be coupled with corresponding terminals of the mating connector and second contractors6to be conductively connected to the circuit board3,wherein the connector housing4is located closer the case2than the circuit board between the circuit board3and the case2and fixedly tightened to screw retaining portions8of the case.
