ABSTRACT:
To maintain the functionality as a compact and inexpensive motor-mounted internal gear pump and also offer further inexpensiveness and reliability. The motor-mounted internal gear pump80has a pump part81including: an inner rotor1, an outer rotor2, a pump casing and an internal shaft5. The pump casing has flat inner surfaces facing both end faces of the inner rotor1and the outer rotor2. The internal shaft5includes a bearing51which is inserted into an axial hole of the inner rotor1and a fitting part53extending from both its ends in both axial directions. The pump casing includes two pump casing members3, 4as separate members with flat inner surfaces25, 26respectively. The fitting part53of the internal shaft5is fitted in to fitting holes27a,28amade in the flat inner surfaces of the two pump casing members3, 4and the two pump casing members3, 4are connected with each other outside the outside diameter of the outer rotor while both end faces of the bearing51are in contact with the flat inner surfaces25, 26.
