ABSTRACT:
A MOS type circuit which has a high switching speed and which is free from the substrate bias effect includes a MOS transistor having a source electrode, a back gate region, a drain electrode and a gate electrode, and an amplifier having a gain of about "1", with the input and output of the amplifier being respectively coupled to the source electrode and the back gate electrode of the MOS transistor.
