ABSTRACT:
A monoclonal antibody, or fragments thereof, against human TNF receptor protein which antibody neutralizes the known actions of TNF.alpha. and/or TNF.beta. is disclosed. The antibody may be chimeric or humanized. Furthermore, the present invention provides a process for obtaining the above monoclonal antibody, as well as a pharmaceutical composition containing the above monoclonal antibody and/or the above protein with antibody properties.
