ABSTRACT:
Molding compounds which contain a thermoplastically processible aromatic polyester imide prepared by polymerizing: (A) 0 to 70 mole % of HO-Ar-COOH; (B) 0 to 44 mole % of HOOC-Ar'-COOH; (C) 15 to 45 mole % of HO-Ar"-OH; and (D) 1 to 45 mole % of a compound having the general structure: ##STR1## are readily processed, possess good mechanical properties and are useful for the production of molded articles.
