The mold for in-mold coating formation is one including a mold main body30having, provided thereinside, a mold cavity5permitting injection molding of a resin molding with coated surface and a coating material injecting unit50capable of injecting a coating material to an area corresponding to the coated surface of the resin molding, within the mold cavity5, in which a groove portion3of 0.3 to 1 mm width (W) is provided on the peripheral edge15of the mold, and in which the angle (θ1) made by the inner circumferential surface25of the mold and the mold-opening-side internal wall surface27of the groove portion3is in the range of 30° to 70°.
