ABSTRACT:
An adhesive dressing includes an adhesive composition in the form of a substantially continuous layer on at least a portion of a conformable backing in which the adhesive composition and the backing are selected such that the adhesive dressing has an Inverted Buffered Saline Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate of at least about 9000 g/m.sup.2 /24 hrs.
