ABSTRACT:
A method and apparatus for providing a modular fairing configured to attach to a front portion of a motorcycle. The modular fairing110, 300includes a fairing frame member120, 301, multiple coupling portions and at least one flexible fairing cover portion150, 304. The fairing frame member may include multiple support members121, 302operable to be removably coupled to each other to form the fairing frame member. The multiple coupling portions extend from the fairing frame member and are configured to removably couple the frame member to the front portion of the motorcycle. The at least one flexible fairing cover portion includes a face portion and an attachment portion and is operable to be removably attached to and at least partially cover the fairing frame member. With this arrangement, the fairing frame member is detachable from the front portion of the motorcycle and operable to be folded or reconfigured310into a smaller configuration312for storing.
