A garden swing of the type popular from 1890 is unstable when entering and leaving. This could result in accidents, especially for elderly people.
A novel, easily operated swing stabilizer device has been provided by this invention. Also the invention provides a tabletop that moves only horizontally when swinging. The tabletop provides a means for accommodating books, foods and drinks while relaxing and swinging.
