ABSTRACT:
Methods for hydrolyzing solid ungranulated lysophosphatidylcholine with phospholipase A2are provided. Also disclosed are methods for making a lipid matrix of lysophosphatidylcholine, monoglyceride and fatty acid, and lipid matrices of particular structure.
