This invention relates to a mobile measurement system of photoenvironment comprises a measuring equipment5to measure photoenvironment and a barrow4for moving measurement which the equipment5is mounted. The measuring equipment5has one or more photosensor5a–5cand a photodata recording device7that records photodata that is detected and output by the photosensors with the position and the direction of the detect of these sensors, the barrow4has a measurement position and direction calculating device7that calculates the position and the direction of detection of the photosensors5a14 5cat the measurement in accordance with an information of self-contained navigation from an acceleration sensor9and a rotation angle sensor10that detects the acceleration and the rotation angle of the barrow respectively, and an information of moving distance from the wheel revolution sensor8and transmit the result of the calculation to the photodata recording device7.
