ABSTRACT:
When the user of the mobile communication terminal produces the originating operation while in the idle state with the wireless system C, the control section acquires the input of the user of the mobile communication terminal via the key input section (step302) and acquires, through the present position acquisition section, area identification data of an area L where it is placed in the idle state (step304). The control section makes a reference to the table of connection scores held in the storage section and acquires a connection score p for the system A corresponding to the area L (step306). Next, the control section judges the start of origination to the system A by using the connection score p (step308).
