In a mobile communication system, a subscriber station MS11changes the time slot for receiving a frame from a base station1in accordance with TS change information sent from the base station, while the base station1changes the time slot for receiving a frame from the subscriber station MS11in accordance with TS change information sent from the subscriber station.
