A mobile communication service control system according to the present invention has a home location register13storing subscriber information, a switching unit12for sending a subscriber information inquiry signal201to the register13, and a service control unit14for controlling a service provided for subscribers. The home location register13stores service information309necessary for a start of control of the service at the service control unit14and sends the service information309along with a response signal308to the subscriber information inquiry signal201to the switching unit12. The switching unit12transfers the service information309received from the register13, to the service control unit14.
