A miscible polyblend comprising an .alpha., .beta.-ethylencially unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or its anhydride copolymerized with at least one monovinyl-substituted aryl hydrocarbon monomer and an imide derivative of maleic anhydride copolymerized with at least one monovinyl-substituted-aryl hydrocarbon monomer is disclosed.
