ABSTRACT:
An imaging device for detecting reflections of millimeter waves from a tat. The imaging device includes a composite cathode for converting an input radiation image to an electron image by field emission, a focusing lens to demagnify the image, and an amplifier and storage plate spaced from the composite cathode for detecting, storing and transferring the electron image to a viewing screen or recording medium.
