ABSTRACT:
A rough motion shaft54and a fine motion shaft55are provided on a front side of a stage37with respect to an optical axis of an observation optical system of a microscope. Further, a rough motion shaft45and a fine motion shaft46are provided on a rear side with respect to the optical axis. The rough motion shaft54and the fine motion shaft55are linked with the rough motion shaft45and the fine motion shaft46so as to move objective lenses43selectively in rough motion or fine motion. Objective lenses43A,43B are arranged in a circular shape on a fixing member111and a rotating member113rotates objective lenses43A,43B along the direction of the arrangement. The rotating member113includes a weight123that applies a rotation force in an inverse direction.
