ABSTRACT:
A microemulsion light duty liquid detergent with desirable cleansing properties and mildness to the human skin comprising: a water soluble nonionic surfactant, a C.sub.8-18 ethoxylated alkyl ether sulfate anionic surfactant, a sulfonate or sulfonate anionic surfactant, and a betaine surfactant, and optionally an alkyl monoalkanol amide.
