ABSTRACT:
This invention provides a novel antibody, designated the .alpha.EM10 antibody. Also provided are methods of determining hematopoietic stem cell content. The methods employ using antibodies (.alpha.EM10) specific for a unique cell marker (EM10) that is expressed on stem cells.
