ABSTRACT:
Methods of and compositions for early diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of osteoarthritis using monoclonal antibodies which specifically recognize antigenic determinants on atypical chondroitin sulfate/dermatan sulfate glycosaminoglycan chains in body tissues and fluids, which determinants are markers of osteoarthritis.
