ABSTRACT:
The invention provides methods for inducing long-term passive immunity in birds, through administration of superconcentrated antibodies to hatching eggs or to post-hatch birds. The superconcentrated antibodies may originate from any source, including avian or mammalian species, and are specific for one or more disease agents against which passive protection is desired.
