ABSTRACT:
This invention relates to a method of treatment and/or prophylaxis of pre-menstrual syndrome comprising the administration of a therapeutically or prophylactically effective dosage of at least one of ascorbic acid, EDTA, glutathione, and a compound of Formula I ##STR1## wherein X is a physiologically acceptable anion, and bioprecursors thereof, to a patient suffering from pre-menstrual syndrome.
