ABSTRACT:
This invention relates to a method of treatment and/or prophylaxis of manic depressive illness comprising the administration of a therapeutically or prophylactically effective dosage of a compound of formula I ##STR1## wherein X is a physiologically acceptable anion, or a bioprecursor thereof, to a patient suffering from manic depressive illness.
