ABSTRACT:
A method of enhancing the antiviral activity of IFN-.alpha. and especially human IFN-.alpha. is disclosed which comprises administration of Dipyridamole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to a subject receiving IFN-.alpha.. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprises of IFN-.alpha. and dipyridamole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
