ABSTRACT:
Vasopressin derivatives having V.sub.1 antagonist activity which alleviate the symptoms of motion sickness. More specifically, the vasopressin V.sub.1 antagonists of this invention are employed to prevent nausea and emesis associated with motion. The antagonists may also be employed for preventing nausea and emesis due to other etiologies.
