ABSTRACT:
Method of tempering workpieces of duroplastic plastic, in particular a piston for a motor vheicle brake, provides that the workpiece is heated after the pressing or molding according to a predetermined time-dependent temperature rise for several hours and after an initial heating phase a difference from the respective glass transition temperature of 5.degree. to 40.degree. C. is observed.
