ABSTRACT:
A method of shaping gummy substance by mixing starch and water together forming a mixture and then compressing and kneading the mixture to a swelling ratio of between about 10 and about 30 and a water content of between about 20% and about 60% and then shaping the mixture by granulating rolls having surfaces maintained at a temperature of not higher than 60.degree. C. into granules.
