ABSTRACT:
A method for producing continuous polyurethane blocks having a planar upper surface and a rectangular cross-section is disclosed. The method includes a pressure regulating stage in which pressure is gradually exerted along entire transverse directions of the foamed material to prevent a crowning thereof. The pressure is applied transversely in a plurality of longitudinally discontinuous non-fixed locations.
