ABSTRACT:
There is provided a molded product1which is formed by placing an insert3in a molding space12formed by an upper die10and a lower die11, followed by an injection process of molding material to form a molded body2. The insert3is comprised of an insert body4which is embedded in the molded body2and a removing part5which is integrally formed with the insert body4via a thin part6at one end while the other end is projected to expose at a non-front surface9side. The removing part5functions to prevent the insert body4from moving from its proper position as the other end is firmly held between the upper die10and the lower die11during a molding operation. The removing part5is removed from the insert body4by cutting the thin part6after released from the die mold.
