ABSTRACT:
A method of processing a silver halide color photographic material is disclosed, comprising a support having provided thereon at least one light-sensitive emulsion layer, which comprises the steps of color developing the material with a developer to which a replenisher is added and bleaching the developed material, wherein the material contains a coupler represented by the following general formula (I) and the amount of replenisher added to the color developer is 600 ml or less per m.sup.2 of the material: ##STR1## wherein A represents a coupler group, and when A is a phenol or naphthol coupler group, n is 1, and when A is any other coupler group, n is 0; and R represents an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or a pyridyl group. Images having excellent photographic characteristics are obtained by the method even though the amount of the replenisher is reduced.
