Into an aqueous solution containing glucose and an organic acid, calcium hydroxide or a substance capable of forming calcium hydroxide upon hydration in an aqueous solution is dissolved. The organic acid is at least one selected from formic acid, acetic acid and propionic acid. The adding order of glucose and organic acid to water is not restricted, and the concurrent addition is allowed. The calcium hydroxide is added finally.
