ABSTRACT:
A manufacturing method that can stabilize an operation torque of a torque limiter device in a manufacturing stage is provided. The method of manufacturing the torque limiter device1includes an assembling step S1of attaching a clutch disk13and a damper mechanism16to a spline hub15, and attaching a friction facing21to the clutch disk13; an assembling step S2of attaching a transmission torque limiting portion6to the friction facing21; and a grinding step S4of supplying a torque to at least one of the transmission torque limiting portion6and the spline hub15to rotate them relatively to each other.
