ABSTRACT:
A method of manufacturing polyurethane foam by a reaction of organic polyisocyanates and polyols in the presence of a foaming agent and catalysts comprises using as the catalyst, a salt of carbonic acid and polyamine represented by the general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are combined to form a heterocyclic ring having 3-6 carbon atoms together with a nitrogen atom; and R.sub.3 is an alkylene group.
