ABSTRACT:
Gel dishwashing detergent compositions are prepared contaiing, by weight, from about 10% to 50% of one or more anionic surfactants, from about 8% to about 40% of a monoalkylolamide of a higher fatty acid, from about 3% to about 40% of a dialkylolamide of a higher fatty acid, and from about 10% to 50% water. A process for making the stable high viscosity detergent gel composition and avoiding phase separation is claimed.
