ABSTRACT:
A method of making a retroreflective article, includes applying a pre-binder composition onto a retroreflective layer where the pre-binder composition comprises about 5 to about 40 parts of an epoxy resin and about 60 to about 95 parts of an alkoxysilane terminated polymer and then curing the pre-binder composition to form a binder layer that is adhered to the retroreflective layer. The method is useful for providing retroreflective displays onto an article of clothing.
