A C-clamp having a rod head exteriorly of the C-shaped framework of the C-clamp is arranged to include a drive recess to complementarily receive a Phillips head screwdriver to enhance ease of adjusting the clamping rod of the C-clamp towards and away from the fixed clamping plate.
